The Ranger was Edsel's entry level model, and over the course of production, was offered in hardtop, sedan, and convertible body styles. This family of rear wheel drive cars were fitted as standard with a 3.7L inline six engine, but 4.8L and 5.9L V8 units were optional. Both manual and automatic transmissions were available for the Edsel Ranger, which was in production until 1960.
