Holden Commodore - 4th Gen (2006 to 2017)

The fourth generation of the Commodore spanned 2006 to 2017. It produced the VE and VF variants. The VE platform would be sold in the U.S. as the Pontiac G8 until Pontiac was discontinued. The generation featured a new six-speed transmission, and a facelift in 2013 when the VF debuted was more than skin deep. The base model was called the Evoke and the Berlina was discontinued. The VF platform was sold in the U.S. as the "Chevrolet SS." Holden would produce a fifth and final generation of the Commodore from 2018 to 2020.
