The Jeep Cherokee is a range of SUVs first introduced in 1974. The Cherokee has been offered in three generations: SJ (1974-1983), XJ (1984-2001), and KL (2014-2023). Outside of North America, the Jeep Liberty has been marketed as the Cherokee. Although the Cherokee has been produced in multiple generations, at Classic.com we track listings through the second generation (XJ) up to model year 2001.
