The Morris Minor was a family of cars that was first introduced in 1928. The Minor was built in various generations and body styles, but the model represented an entry-level form of motoring. The First Generation Minor was introduced in 1928 and built until 1934. Production would be paused until after WW2, eventually resuming with the MM (1948-1953), which was followed by the Series II (1952-1956), and then the popular Minor 1000 (1956-1973). Although production of standard bodied Minors ended in 1971, van and pickup variants remained in production until 1973.
