The Oldsmobile F-85 was a series of compact, entry level cars introduced in 1961. The F-85 was available in a wide variety of body styles, and was offered with inline six, V6, and V8 engines during its production. The F-85 is most well known for being the base model upon which the Oldsmobile Cutlass trim name was created before the Cutlass became a model. Production of the Oldsmobile F-85 lasted until 1972.
