REO was an American autmotive manufacturer that was founded in 1905. Named for its founder, Ransom E. Olds, REO created a wide range of trucks and cars during its history. The company is most well known for its Royale and Flying Cloud models, but it also produced a wide array of trucks and busses for a variety of purposes. REO struggled to surive in the post WW2 era, and would eventually be purchased by the White Motor Company, and be merged with Diamond T Trucks to create Diamond REO Trucks in 1967, ending the REO name.
