The second generation of the Rolls-Royce Phantom was introduced in 1929. Known as the Phantom II, this updated generation of Phantom was powered by a 7.7L inline six engine. Like the Phantom I, Rolls-Royce provided the fully functioning chassis to a coachbuilder who then created the body. The Phantom II was in production until 1936 and was replaced by the Rolls-Royce Phantom III.
