The Mercedes-Benz E 300 was a variant of the W213 Sedan that debuted for the 2017 model year. The E300 sedan was initially powered by Mercedes' M274 DE20 LA engine, which was a 242hp 2.0L turbocharged 16V inline four. This engine was replaced from the 2019 model year by the M264 E20 DEH LA, which was a 254hp 2.0L turbocharged 16V inline four paired to a 48V Electric Motor. Power was sent to the rear wheels by a 7-speed automatic transmission. Mercedes also offered a four-wheel drive version of the E300 that was known as the W213 Mercedes-Benz E300 4MATIC.
