The new generation of the Volkswagen Type 2 Double cab, known as the T2 Doka (Doppelkabine in German) or Crew Cab, is not only a cool and functional variant, but a very sought after name plate nowadays. This flatbed truck with extended cab, two rows of seats and 3 or 4 doors was powered by different flat-four engines, driving the rear wheels. The T2 double cab was built until 1995 being replaced by the Volkswagen T3 generation double cab pick up.
