As is common with many popular models, the Austin-Healey Sprite was often converted into a Race Car. With it's lightweight and sporty nature, the Sprite was raced by both professional race teams, as well as amateur enthusiasts. These cars competed in a wide range of motorsports disciplines, including circuit and off-road racing.
