In 1965 Fiat introduced the convertible version of the Fiat 850 known as the Fiat 850 Spider. Known as the Fiat 850 Spider, this open top car featured styling by Italian design house Bertone. The 850 Spider was initially fitted with an 843cc inline four engine, but starting in 1968 a 900cc version was available in the Sport Spider variant. Production of the Fiat 850 Spider ended in 1973.
