The Ford Sierra RS500 Cosworth was a high performance variant of the Ford Sierra. The RS500 was an evolution of the RS Cosworth, with increased power and roadholding. The largest improvement was the uprated engine which received a larger turbo and intercooler as well as other upgrades to produce 224hp. The bodywork saw minor adjustments, including a new front bumper and spoiler. Only 500 examples of the Sierrra RS500 Cosworth were built, making them highly sought after.
