In 1970 Honda updated its T360 micro truck with the Honda Vamos. The Vamos which was based on the TN360 was only available in Japan. It was a two-door mini-truck bodystyle that placed it in the "Kei truck" class. The Vamos came with a rear seat and a soft removable top giving it a look similar to the Fiat Jolly. Honda gave the Vamos an inline two-cylinder mid-mounted engine with a four-speed manual that sent 35hp to the rear wheels. Production ended in 1973 and the TN7 would succeed it, however, Honda revived the Vamos name in 1999 as a micro-van which lasted until 2018.
