The Hudson Pacemaker was a series of entry level cars introduced in 1950. While Hudson had previously used the Pacemaker name on a Greater Eight model, the 1950 model saw the name used independently. The Pacemaker was offered as a coupe, sedan, or convertible, and was powered by a 3.8L inline six, except the 1952 model, which featured a 4.2L inline six. Hudson produced the Pacemaker until 1952, when the model was phased out in favor of the Hudson Wasp.
