The Infiniti Q45 was one of the first models introduced by Infiniti, debuting for the 1990 model year. Infiniti was created by Nissan to sell their more luxurious cars in various markets outside of Japan. The Q45 was based on the Nissan Cima and was built in a rear wheel drive, four door sedan body style, and was powered by a V8 engine. Three generations of the Infiniti Q45 were built: 1st Gen (1990-1996), 2nd Gen (1997-2000), and 3rd Gen (2001-2006).
