Given that Jaguar’s were top performing cars, using the best existing equipment and title contenders for the worlds most renowned races, it comes to no surprise that their equipment was often used for competition in many forms. It was very popular to build or find a chassis and coachworks that would then be fitted with Jaguar mechanics and find themselves racing & building history. Many names such as the Jaguar-Parkingson Special, Hagemann-Jaguar Special became important competitors back in their time.
