The Lamborghini Huracán LP580-2 Spyder was a variant of the Lamborghini Huracán that debuted for the 2017 model year. The LP580-2 Spyder was a less expensive, less elaborated alternative to the LP610-4 Spyder. These convertibles were powered by a naturally aspirated 580PS (573hp) V10 engine that sent drive to the rear wheels via a 7 speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. A hard top version, known as the LP580-2, was also offered. Production of the Lamborghini Huracán LP580-2 Spyder ended in 2019 when it was replaced by the updated Lamborghini Huracán Evo RWD Spyder.
