The Local Motors Rally Fighter was a series of off-road racers introduced in 2010. The Rally Fighter was created using open-sourced development, and was built using various micro-factories across the US. This series of cars were the first to be built using this production method, with the Local Motors community taking part in the creation of all aspects of the car. These off-road powerhouses are powered by a front-mid mounted GM LS3 engine (6.2L, 430hp), sending power to rear wheels via a 4 speed automatic transmission.
