The Mercedes-Benz S560 4MATIC was an all wheel drive variant of the W222 S-Class Sedan that debuted for the 2018 model year. The S560 4MATIC known as the S500 4MATIC and S550 4MATIC, was powered by Mercedes' M176 DE 40 AL engine, which was a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 with 463hp and 516 lb ft of torque. Drive from the engine was sent to all four wheels through a 9 speed automatic transmission. The Mercedes-Benz S560 4MATIC was in production until 2020, when Mercedes introduced the next generation W223 S-Class.
