The Mitsubishi Fuso was originally the name of a series of buses introduced in 1932. Fuso eventually became the name for the truck and bus division of Mitsubishi, produced a large range of medium and heavy duty commercial vehicles. Over the years, Daimler AG has partnered with Mitsubishi Fuso, eventually acquiring nearly 90% of ownership due to various purchases and deals.
