The Pontiac G8 is a series of mid size sedans introduced in 2008. Largely a rebranded Holden Commodore, the G8 was available with a V6 or V8 engine. The most notable G8 variant was the G8 GXP, which featured a Corvette-sourced 6.2L V8 engine. The Pontiac G8 was in production until 2009.
