The Smart Roadster is a small, two-seater sports car that was produced from 2003 to 2007. It was designed to offer a fun and agile driving experience, with a rear-mounted, turbocharged engine and a paddle-shift gearbox. The Roadster came in two variants: a convertible with a soft top and a coupe with a hard top and a glass rear window. The Roadster was discontinued after four years due to low sales and high warranty costs. A Brabus tuned version of the Roadster was also offered during the course of production.
