The Vauxhall Viva was released for the 1964 model year. The car was produced in two and four-door body styles as a coupe, sedan, or wagon, and always with an inline four-cylinder engine. It was classified in the "small family car" category and manufactured across three generations: The HA (1964-66), HB (1966-70), and the HC (1970-79). Vauxhall succeeded the Viva with the Vauxhall Chevette after production stopped in 1979.
