Allard K1 (1946 to 1949)

The Allard K1 was a series of sports cars introduced in 1946. The K1 was built on the Allard K platform, and was available in tourer or roadster body styles. These cars were powered by a 3.6L or 4.4L V8 engine, sending drive to the rear wheels via a 3 speed manual transmission. A total of 151 examples of the Allard K1 were built before production ended in 1949 and it was replaced by the Allard K2.
