The DB4 Series IV Convertible was offered alongside the Series V DB4 Coupe, and was powered by a 3.7L inline six engine that was paired to a 4 speed manual transmission. Only 40 examples of the Series V Convertible were ever made, with only 19 of them being standard DB4s, while the rest were DB4 Vantage examples. Production of the DB4 Series V ended in 1963, when the model was replaced by the Aston Martin DB5.
