The Mantide was introduced by Bertone in 2009 as a supercar concept, based on the Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 - C6. It featured a 2-door coupe body, rear-wheel drive and a 6-speed manual transmission. Powered by a 6.2L LS7 V8 engine producing approximately 638hp, its aerodynamic and futuristic design featured aggressive lines and lightweight materials such as carbon fiber. The Mantide most notable feature is that it was built as a one-off, showcasing Bertone's ability to combine extreme design with high technical performance.
