Boyer & Compagnie was a French automotive manufacturer that existed during the turn of the 20th century. Founded by Noé Boyer in Paris, the company was one of many automobile manufacturers that emerged during that time. Due to frequent consolidation of manufacturers at the time, Boyer only produced a few models under their name, such as the 12 CV and 24 CV. The company was evenutally dissolved in 1906.
