Buick Roadmaster - 5th Gen (1949 to 1953)

The fifth generation Buick Roadmaster was introduced for the 1949 model year. The fifth generation Roadmaster was available in a variety of body styles including coupe, Riviera sedan, convertible, and Estate Wagon. Alongside Standard Variants, one of the most notable variants was the Roadmaster Skylark, an open top halo variant. The fifth generation Roadmaster was offered with an inline eight or V8 engine, and was built until 1953, when it was replaced by the Sixth Generation Buick Roadmaster.
