Caterham-Lola SP/300.R (2011 to 2015)

The Caterham-Lola SP/300.R emerged as a collaboration between Caterham and Lola Cars. Produced from 2011 until approximately 2015 in a single, low-volume series, the SP/300.R was intended purpose-built track machine and remained largely unchanged throughout its brief lifespan. Power came from a supercharged 2.0-liter Ford Duratec inline-four producing approximately 300 horsepower. The engine drove the rear wheels through a six-speed Hewland sequential gearbox, with no automatic transmission offered.
