The 850 model was introduced by Cisitalia in 1957. This model was one of the company's last attempts to remain in the market, using a modified Fiat base with special bodywork. With power sent to the rear wheels and a manual transmission, this car had a 843cc inline four engine. Although it lacked the impact of the Cisitalia sports cars of the 1940s and 1950s, it was an attempt to offer a more accessible and elegant car. The Cisitalia 850 was produced until 1962.
