The DeLorean DMC-12, commonly referred to as the DeLorean, was an automobile that was introduced for the 1981 model year. The DMC-12 was available with an automatic or manual transmissions. The Automatic DMC-12, which is covered in this market, featured a 2.85L V6 engine with 130hp that was sent to the rear wheels via a 3 speed automatic gearbox. Production of the Automatic transmission equipped DeLorean DMC-12 lasted until 1983.
