Ducati Diana (1961 to 1964)

The Ducati Diana was produced between 1961 and 1963, primarily for the U.S. market. It was powered by a 248 cc air-cooled single-cylinder four-stroke engine with an overhead camshaft driven by bevel gears, producing around 24–26 hp. In 1963, the model evolved into the Diana Mark 3, featuring sportier tuning, higher revs, and later variants with desmodromic valve actuation. Light, agile, and technically advanced for its time, the Ducati Diana played a key role in shaping Ducati’s reputation for high-performance small-displacement motorcycles.
