The Duesenberg Model Y was a limited production model created to serve as a prototype for the Model J. The Model Y featured an early version of the Model J's engine, a 6.8L inline eight that produced 200hp. Only two examples of the Model Y were built, only one of which remains today. That car features the phaeton body from the Model Y, but uses the frame and engine from a Model A.
