The Ferrari 360 N-GT was introduced in 2001 as a racing variant of the Ferrari 360. This car was developed by Michelotto Automobili for the FIA N-GT/GT2 category, including both newly built chassis and period 360 Challenge officially converted by Michelotto with factory plates and FIA/ACO homologation. It was powered by a 3.6L V8 producing from 430hp to 450hp, coupled to a 6 speed sequential gearbox and rear-wheel drive. Designed as a pure endurance racer with carbon fiber bodywork, the 360 N-GT stands out for its aerodynamics and quick-refueling system. The key distinction is that only those with a Michelotto build plate and period documentation, whether new builds or factory Challenge conversions, are regarded as genuine. The Ferrari 360 N-GT was produced until 2004.
