Ford Sportsman (1946 to 1948)

The Ford Sportsman was a series of luxury cars introduced for the 1946 model year. The Sportsman was Ford's top model during its production, and was offered as a wood panelled convertible as part of the Ford Super Deluxe trim level. These luxury open top cars were powered by a 3.9L V8 engine and were only built in 1946 and 1947, but some examples are titled for 1948. Only 3,692 examples were built, making these cars highly coveted by collectors.
