Ford Focus - Standard Variants - Mk2 (US) (2008 to 2011)

The Standard Variants of the Ford Focus Mk2 (US) were introduced in 2008. It was available as a 4 door sedan and 2 door coupe, including versions such as the S, SE and SEL. The S was the most basic with limited equipment, steel wheels and a purely functional focus. The SE offered more amenities such as cruise control, alloy wheels and an upgraded sound system, being the most popular mid-range option. The SEL added chrome trim, automatic climate control and interior upgrades, positioning itself as the most equipped variant. All were powered by the 2.0L inline four engine, with front-wheel drive and either a 5 speed manual or 4 speed automatic transmission. The Standard Variants of the North American Focus Mk2 were produced until 2011 and were replaced by the Ford Focus Mk3 Standard Variants.
