Gerstenslager was an American manufacturer that traces its roots to 1860. Originally founded as a carraige builder, the company went on to produce various body panels and parts for cars, as well as building custom bodies for unique vehicles like the Bookmobile and the Oscar Meyer Wienermobile. Eventually Gerstenslager wound down vehicle production to focus on metal stamping and parts creation, eventually being absorbed by another company in 2011.
