The Goggomobil Dart was a series of microcars introduced in 1959. The Dart was built on a standard Goggomobil platform, but featured a custom body style built by Buckle Motors. These bodies didn't have any doors, but had sleek roadster styling and a retractable folding top roof. The Dart was powered by a 300cc or 400cc inline two engine that was mounted in the rear and sent power to the rear wheels via a 4 speed manual transmission. Production of the Goggomobil Dart lasted until 1961, with an estimated 700 examples built.
