In 1934 the K6 was introduced by Hispano-Suiza. The K6 was loosely based on the Hispano-Suiza J12, and the cars shared similar innovations but were more of a replacement for the smaller H6 rather than the J12. The 140hp six-cylinder engine propelled the coach-built bodies from companies such as Brandone, Franay, and Fernandez et Darrin. It is believed that only 204 K6 chassis were constructed by the end of production in 1937.
