Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8 - WK (2006 to 2010)

The Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8 was a high performance variant of the WK Grand Cherokee that debuted for the 2006 model year. The SRT-8 (Street & Racing Technology V8) was powered by a 420hp 6.1L 'Hemi' V8 engine that sent drive through a 5 speed automatic transmission to all four wheels. In addition to the powerful engine, the SRT-8 was given various improvements to the suspension and brakes, as well as a distinctive body kit. Production of the WK Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8 lasted until 2010, with a total of 14,921 examples built.
