The fourth-generation Lincoln Continental was built in three different body styles, but the most notable was the convertible. The convertible was built as a four-door model featuring "suicide doors" and long, sleek body lines. These cars were powered by 430ci, 460ci, and 462ci V8 engines depending on the year, although all engines were paired to an automatic transmission that sent drive to the rear wheels. Over the years, these cars have become highly collectible and very popular.
