For the following year the B01/00 came to market and nearly clinched the title for the 2001 season; powered by either a V8-turbo Toyota or V8-turbo Ford/Cosworth, both with a 6 speed manual. Between the 2002 and 2006 seasons Lola became the sole chassis manufacturer for the Indy/CART series, developing the B02/00 that was used for the 5 years. Different engine configurations consisted of V8-turbo engines manufactured by Honda, Toyota and Ford/Cosworth all paired to a 6-speed sequential transmission. In 2007 Panoz took over the contract for the Indy/CART as the only manufactured.
