Lotus Seven - Series 4 (1970 to 1979)

The last generation of the Lotus Seven was introduced for 1970. Known as the Series 4, the fourth generation Seven saw the addition of various luxuries to the car, as well as implementing the use of a fiberglass body. The Lotus Seven Series 4 was in production by Lotus until 1973, but licensed production continued by Caterham and Steel Brothers, with the final official kits built by 1979.
