The Maserati 4CM was a Depression-era Grand Prix car from the Italian constructor. They were first built in 1932 and succeeded the Maserati Tipo 26M. During the short time it was made, the racer had small 1.1L and 1.5L inline four-cylinder engines and leaf spring suspensions. The cars were also given roots-style superchargers to increase horsepower output to as much as 150hp. The 4CM was produced until 1938 but was surpassed by the much more advanced 6CM by 1936.
