Maserati GranTurismo - I (M145) (2008 to 2019)

Continuing Maserati's grand tourer tradition, the GranTurismo was introduced for the 2008 model year. The first generation of the GranTurismo, known as the M145, saw the model offered in both coupe and convertible versions, with the open top version often referred to as the GranCabrio. These modern grand tourers were available with a 4.2L or 4.7L V8 engine (both engines were developed in collaboration with Ferrari) and a choice of two automatic transmissions. A highly successful car, the GranTurismo and GranCabrio sold over 40,000 examples, with a range of variants built including: Base Model, GranCabrio, S, Sport, Sport GranCabrio, MC, and MC GranCabrio. Production of the M154 GranTurismo ended in 2019, with a second generation of GranTurismo debuting for 2024, known as the M189 GranTurismo.
