Mercedes-AMG GT C Roadster Edition 50 - R190 (2017 to 2018)

The Mercedes-AMG GT C Roadster Edition 50 was a limited edition variant of the AMG GT Roadster that debuted for the 2017 model year. The Edition 50 was created to celebrate 50 years of AMG, and featured a raft of aesthetic changes, such as black chrome trim, unique wheels, special two tone interior, and an Edition 50 suede steering wheel. Just two color options were available for the Edition 50: Graphite Gray and Cashmere White. Mechanically, these cars were the same as the standard GT C Roadster, with Mercedes-AMG's 550hp M178 4.0L twin-turbo V8 engine paired to AMG's SPEEDSHIFT dual clutch, 7 speed automatic transmission. Just 500 examples of the GT C Roadster Edition 50 were made worldwide.
