The Mercedes-Benz C250 was a variant of the W204 C-Class that was introduced for the 2012 model year. The C250 is not to be confused with the C250 CGI BlueEFFICIENCY, which was a separate economy-focused variant. The C 250 was offered in sedan, coupe, and station wagon body styles, although the station wagon was never sold in North America. This series of cars was powered by Mercedes' M271 DE18 AL engine, which was a 1.8L turbocharged inline four that generated 201hp. These cars were built in rear wheel drive and all wheel drive (4Matic) configurations. Production of the C 250 sedan and station wagon ended in 2014, while the coupe was built until 2015. The C250 model series would continue life in the next generation W205 Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
