Mercedes-Benz GL550 - X164 (2007 to 2012)

The Mercedes-Benz GL550 was a variant of the X164 GL-Class that was introduced for the 2007 model year. The GL550, which was badged as the GL500 outside of North America, was powered by Mercedes' M273 E55 engine, which was a 382hp 5.5L V8 paired to a 7-speed 7G-Tronic automatic transmission that sent power to all four wheels. The X164 Mercedes-Benz GL 550 was built until 2012 and was replaced by the X166 GL550 4MATIC.
