Mercedes-Benz GLC - X253 (2016 to 2022)

The first generation of the Mercedes-Benz GLC, known as the X253, was introduced for the 2016 model year replacing the GLK-Class. The GLC X253, was equipped in most variants with 4MATIC all-wheel drive and seats for five. Powered by a range of inline four, V6 and V8 engines, with Hybrid options also. Variants offered include the GLC 300, GLC 300 4MATIC, GLC 43 AMG, GLC 43 AMG 4MATIC, GLC 63 AMG, GLC 63 AMG 4MATIC and GLC 63 S AMG 4MATIC. Along came the C253 Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe offering a second body style option with the same engine variations. Produced until 2022, the X253 GLC was replaced by the X254 Mercedes-Benz GLC. Although a range of variants have been built for the X253 Generation, at Classic.com, we only track the GLC 43 AMG, GLC 43 AMG 4MATIC, GLC 63 AMG, GLC 63 AMG 4MATIC and GLC 63 S AMG 4MATIC.
