The Mercedes-Benz R 63 AMG 4MATIC was a high performance variant of the Mercedes-Benz R-Class that debuted for the 2007 model year. The R63 was only available as a four wheel drive car, and was powered by Mercedes-AMG's M156 E63 engine. This naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 had an output of 503hp and 465 lb ft of torque that drove the wheels through a 7 speed automatic transmission. A one year only offering, the Mercedes-Benz R63 AMG 4MATIC was only available for the 2007 model year.
